About Renee Duval and Bookend Lending LLC

Renee Duval is New Hampshire through and through. Born in Nashua, raised in Merrimack, and a proud graduate of Southern New Hampshire University (back when it was still New Hampshire College), Renee’s roots run deep. She spent her teenage summers working on Hampton Beach, married a Manchester native, and raised her three children right here in the Granite State.

Her mortgage career began in Southern NH in the 1980s, followed by 15 years living and working in Concord. In 2020, she made the Lakes Region her home—but her heart is statewide. Renee’s extended family is spread across Goffstown,  Manchester, Merrimack, Concord, Franklin, Nashua, Hudson, Laconia, Charlestown, Lebanon and Northwood, giving her insight into the communities she serves.

The current maximum lending limit for FHA-insured reverse mortgages is $1,209,750 which means nearly all homes in New Hampshire would see most if not all of their full home value considered in the calculation of the potential maximum reverse mortgage loan benefit. Reverse mortgages calculate the maximum available loan benefit (before fees, costs, and lien payoffs) for qualified borrowers based on the home’s appraised value, the age of the youngest borrower or named non-borrowing spouse and the current/starting effective interest rate.
